Estimated reading time: 2 minutes “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.” ‭           Isaiah‬ ‭43:19‬ ‭NLT‬‬ * * * * * * * * * * *                                * * * * * * * * * * *                                * * * * * * * * * * * Today is the 21st of August 2019... my birthday which means I have plenty to celebrate about especially on this day. A while ago, probably 7 to 8 year ago, I wrote a 5 and a 10 year plan. As I think back to the years gone past, I remember how many things I wished to accomplish by the time I was probably 30. I had a 5 year plan and a 10 year plan with a list which included: Doing a Master’s degree, getting my first job in development then working my way up to getting my dream job, owning a car 4 years after my first employment, have a good amount of money in the bank to buy a house; according to my 10 year plan.

I would like to officially welcome you to Intraordinary Life Travels. I can’t believe I have the opportunity to share my travel experiences with you and I most of all, can’t believe that I published my first blog post 4 years ago. It’s been a long journey of ups and downs. Yet the objective of Intraordinary life remains to encourage you to live your best life irrespective of the personal challenges you might be going through. It has taken me on a journey of renewing old mindsets, discovering some of my dreams and sharing my thoughts and inspirational moments with you even through poetry. With my intrapersonal personality, I share my life’s ups and downs with you. This travel inclusion will mostly highlight my best and happier adventures (not that there hasn’t been any bad ones) I have had so far. So go on, read my first travel post below ↴

🌏 Travel Feature: Solo Travel, 5 reasons why you haven’t done it... yet.

Estimated reading time: 5 minutes Solo travel does not need a dictionary definition, it is simply what it looks to mean. Solo - by oneself; Travel - going on a journey. Therefore, solo travel is simply, going on a journey by oneself. And these days, it has become so popular. No longer are people feeling scared to travel through countries or a continent (even sometimes around the world) by themselves, they are embracing exploring the world alone. I have been on a few solo trips myself; mostly to European countries but I want to do more outside of the European zone. Watch out for a post My travel bucket list in the near future. Why Solo Travel? I’m a solo traveller by nature and by opportunity. By nature because I am an introvert so I usually want to have time alone to myself. By opportunity because I have more time on my hands than most. The opportunity factor wasn’t always the case, I had to make a conscious decision to travel occasionally and took advantage of such times when I

Spoken Word: The Case for Christ

Our Father in Heaven Our Lord, Our Master Our Healer, Our king Our Deliverer Our Brother Hallowed be thine Name πŸ™Œ He who bore our sins and our inquities In shame, in pain In the anger of many, and yet remained... Silent. Our Teacher, Our Counsellor Our Comforter Thank you for revealing us His truth Although He carried upon Himself, our many sorrows Cried out to Heaven in deep anguish In silence, but visible through His blood, sweat and tears You were there. But you allowed it all to happen So that the ancient records; probably torn, lost or even forgotten by now... Will be accomplished Images of His sufferings, flesh-stripping lashes and mockings Play in my mind, The vivid but clear shaky images of an old film strip 🎞 So that the words on this gadget I hold in my hand Might bear witness To this case - The case for Christ The glorified prophet Though always mopped by crowds of crowds Now stands alone,  In fro
