Welcome to my blog! Apart from writing and sharing my thoughts, I love travelling and I would love to share my adventures with you. On this blog, I will also be offering some travel advice as well as tips and tricks for solo travelling as that is what I do best.

Our travel content officially launched on Intraordinary Life's 4th anniversary on 9 August 2019.

Poem: A Vision of Paradise Waterfall

A quick word about this poem. I started writing this poem in July. My school had organised a 'Literacy Festival week' to promote creativity, poetry, formal and creative writing. It was for the students obviously but teachers were encouraged to take part. I told part in one of the challenges (see image below) and ended the day with just the first verse you see (minus the bit about 'this is a message for you'), the second verse and the final verse. I promised to finish it in the same week but obviously it didn't materialise.  As I was randomly scrolling through my uncompleted posts, I clicked on this post. Poem: The Quiet Adventures of a Solo Traveller

I am embarking on yet another solo journey and yes I know Covid is still around. It's a risk a passionate traveller like me will take. When the government says 'hey ho, you can go, just be safe and stay away from these countries' The traveller breathes a sigh of relief and ponders on what would be the next solo trip destination ((safest)) of course  Research done, flights booked, hotels reserved and a little cloth shopping for the new adventure. Sporty, casual, evening outing outfits  and ladies, don't forget the cosmetics. All packed and ready to fly with no one by my side.
